A week-long intermediate aerial silks intensive focused on refining technique, expanding vocabulary, and building fluid movement in the air. Mornings cover inversions, transitions, wraps, and conditioning. Afternoons focus on flexibility, flow choreography, and introductory aerial straps cross-training.
